A minimum of two meetings (depending on project size) will be required before we really get started...
We begin by listening attentively to what you want so that together we can determine your project needs.
Staying within budget is primary so we will set low-high limits and also discuss:
materials choices,construction methods,
finishings preferences,
and scheduling.
Our second meeting is about making sure there will be unconditional satisfaction once your project is finished. Everything you brought to our attention as a concern during the first meeting will be addressed.
A complete job estimate will be available detailing:
our over-all recommendations,
project timing,
individual requirements,
material and labour costs.
Once the design and planing are over and you reach a final decision, we are all yours.
